NZで料理長になる⑦ランチメニューの提案（2度目）英検4級が作った誰でも読める英語資料

こんにちは

先日、何度目かのミーティングを行いました。

残念ですが、新しい仕事は来年からスタートするそうです。

約2週間分のサラリーを失いました。

まあ、大丈夫です。気分を切り替えて、今自分にできることをコツコツとやっていくだけです。

同僚のConorにメニュー作成を急かされたので、とりあえずのランチメニューを作成しました。

今のメンツ、そしてこのメニューでどこまで回せるのかやってみないと分からないので、とりあえずです。どれだけ忙しくなるのか？分からないですもんね。

とりあえず（とりあえずが多い）みんなで作ってみてから、議論して煮詰めて行きます。

どのようにすればみんながストレスなく楽しく働いていけるか？

そんなシステム作りが大事ですね。そしてそれが僕の仕事です。

僕の仕事仲間は日本人ではないので、全て英語になります。

単純な英語なので、お時間があれば読んでみてください。

We need to find sirloin meat or round meat which one better
Beef is cooked by sous vide machine. 68 degree c for 30 min.
Or 58 degree for 1 hour
Very simple
Comes with cooked, steamed onion and roast beef sauce
